Sales Focused Broker (SFB) provides brokerages with the ability to use client data collected through PropertyRater and AutoRater:

Key features
Track your sales initiatives - SFB uses Marketing codes to track the quote origin. This data is compiled into a SFB Marketing report to track the success of a particular marketing initiative.
Add your preāqualification questions - The manager has the ability to add pre-qualification questions prior to or after launching AutoRater or PropertyRater. The questions can be defined by line of business and by province. Depending on the answer to the question, the administrator can decide if a warning or stop validation is required. Each original and modified answer is time and date stamped.
Easy email - Send pertinent documents (CSIO application, pink slip, binding letter, quotes etc.) to clients through Rating Services without having to enter email addresses. Email addresses are automatically populated from the data entered on the Client Information screen.
Monitor business activities - SFB compiles select Rating Services data into concise, comprehensive reports to help track critical business activities. Here is an outline of some of the reports that are available:
Broker report - Displays responses (quotes generated), sales, conversion percentage, and gross written premium (GWP) per broker; broken down by province and line of business Gross written premium (GWP) report - Displays GWP, number of sales, average GWP per sale for each carrier quoted by the brokerage; broken down by province and line of businessMarketing report - Displays number of responses, sales and conversion rate for each line of business; broken down by each defined marketing initiativeNot sold reason report - Displays the reason why each quote was not sold; broken down by userAbeyance report - Displays abeyances for each userAdministration report brokerage - Compares data by time periods and compiles figures for the current year
